After establishing Speak Out Training in 1991 and running regular courses for British Airways, DHL and TNT, Yvonne Delahaye was headhunted to set up and manage Savoy Hill Studio for the Institution of Electrical Engineers. She then created Savoy Hill Training, to run Presentation, Marketing/PR and Media Interview courses using the studio facilities, until its closure in 2000. Yvonne has had many articles published on public speaking, presentation skills and media interviews and has spoken at conferences and seminars. Her training work has taken her to Singapore and Malaysia for TNT International.
